We ship from 3 Warehouses based in Ireland , N.Ireland & The Mainland UK. We ship all over Europe on a daily basis. Car Audio N.I is fast becoming a market leader in Car Audio and Alloy Wheels we believe that cheap prices doesn't have to mean cheap service. We strive to ship all items within 3 days but some large and multi component items may take up to 28 days but over 95% of our items are delievered in under 5 working days.

Shipping costs are as follows:

As many of our customers now ask us for low shipping rates on smaller items of low monetary value, we now offer a worldwide shipping option for fitting accessiores at a low cost. £4.99 for UK and Ireland ,  £6.99 for Europe and £9.99 for the rest of the World ( U.S.A , Canada , Brazil ,  ETC ).  This is only for items less than 500 grams and less than £100 in value . We cannot provide tracking information on this option. Tracking information can be added at an extra cost of  £4.99 which is available on request.

Returns Policy:

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

• you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;

or

• where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

• in the event that the product has been used.
• to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
